ax25-tools provide basic administrative tools and daemons for AX.25 (Amateur Radio). It was dropped from main tree last year because of problems with the old 0.0.11 release (see bug #97275). Upstream site has changed in meantime to www.linux-ax25.org and has done some work to * fix old problems * provide some new features and * made the build system more actual. As no new release was made we have to rely on CVS snapshot. Should be back in Gentoo to make dev-libs/libax25 and media-radio/ax25-apps usable to the full extend. I will discuss the available ebuild in sunrise.
