like the summary said it doesnt listen to cflags set
and since part of gentoo's strength is cflags for everything i figured
i would fix this problem 
attached is an ebuild that allows this to happen
ive added the stuff to also allow setting allowed cflags
ive tested it with -march=athlon-xp -Os -pipe and it alot faster loading now
and seems to take a bit less memory
