Description Derek Dolney 2008-06-29 20:27:59 UTC
sys-apps/hal-0.5.11-r1.ebuild is looking for stuff in ${WORKDIR}/${P}-extras/, but those files are really under ${P}-config-examples in hal-0.5.11-gentoo-patches-1.tar.bz2.
Comment 1 Yang Zhao 2008-07-20 18:04:07 UTC
hal-0.5.11-gentoo-patches-0.tar.bz2 contains fdi files that are extracted to ${WORKDIR}/${P}-extras/

On a cursory glance, hal-0.5.11-gentoo-patches-1.tar.bz2 appears to contain otherwise identical files.

Made a brain fart there; I'm wrong.

Comment 4 Gilles Dartiguelongue (RETIRED) gentoo-dev 2009-01-16 09:35:31 UTC
having identical files in this tarball and release doesn't really make this a bug imho.
Comment 5 Tony Vroon (RETIRED) gentoo-dev 2009-02-03 14:24:03 UTC
I don't see a bug here, sorry. If you do, please file a new bug as incorrect comments can't be deleted. (And file against hal-0.5.11-r6 or newer please)
