This is fixed in new release 2008-06-21:
* Fixes for gcc 4.2 and 4.3

Thanks, I should have been patient for a few more days. ;) Changing this to a bump request. I'll test in the near future. Hmm.. looks like the -nolibs version of the source hasn't been uploaded yet.
