hdf5 -1.6.6 failed build with glibc-2.8, there is needed trivial patch

this patch should by used for hdf5-1.6.7 too. (this is last 1.6.x release, only stable 1.8.x branch will by maintained now)

To me this looks much more like a GCC 4.3 issue (bug #198121), than a glibc 2.8 issue (which would be bug #225459).

You are right, with gcc 4.2.x compiles widhought patch
