Ok, this set of corsors is really really fantastic, you need to take a look, so I think that gentoo 
MUST ;p include this package ;p ok, btw as it is clear, this is a set of animated and 
3D-Sparkling-Shining cursors. :) bye bye

This is the ebuild, I've put it under x11-themes/blueglass btw since it's not
directory dependant ;p it can be placed anywhere. :))

adding it is ok i suppose, but the ebuild imho shouldnt force using it. It should just tell the user how to use it. And i'm not sure you should set a dependency, RDEPEND at best but even that seems a bit much for a bunch of files.

Ok depend was an error ;p but rdepend is needed because only xfree >= 4.3.x
will be able to display those cursors, and I've addid a pkg_config section for
activating them :)
