Description Narada Sage 2003-06-04 06:14:54 UTC
Having emerged net-www/mozilla-firebird-0.6-r2 I typed about:plugins in the
address bar. The resulting page showed no plugins. Then typing 'ls -l
/usr/lib/MozillaFirebird/plugins' showed that it was just a directory with only
libnullplugin.so and no other plugins in there.

/usr/lib/MozillaFirebird/plugins should be a symbolic link to
/usr/lib/nsbrowser/plugins/ by default.

This bug has been filed before as bug 20762 and was resolved in phoenix-bin-r2
but seems to have reappeared again. I am not sure if this applies to
mozilla-firebird-bin-0.6 but it would certainly be worth testing.

I have just tried mozilla-firebird-bin-0.6 and it does in fact symlink /opt/mozilla-firebird/plugins to /usr/lib/nsbrowser/plugins so that works fine.
