Description Redeeman 2008-05-07 15:58:30 UTC
amigadepacker is a very nice application. atleast to people which have old amiga archives laying around..

I have written an ebuild, and it works nicely on amd64 and x86..

Reproducible: Always

The license is a tad unknown though, theres no LICENSE file in the code directory, however, the submission to freshmeat lists GPL, so i've gone with GPL-2 in the ebuild.

I fixed some issues:
 - header
 - keywords sould be ~arch
 - dodoc

and tested it on x86.

The latest release (0.04) came out in August 2008 but the upstream Web site is still there and it's not that there is a need for continued updates if the current version does what it is supposed to do. Therefore, the big question is - is there still any interest in having amigadepacker added to the tree? If there is I'll be happy to maintain it, even though my own Amiga archives have been long gone.

Otherwise, or if there is no response in 30 days, I'll just close this bug as WONTFIX (for now at least).
