x11-themes/licq-themes is stable for all other arch, marked ~amd64 since 28 Aug 2004 (!) and there are no open bugs. I am using it without issues. Please mark stable. Far as I can tell, this theme pack is for Qt3 gui which has been removed from licq-1.3.8's ebuild in favour of Qt4 gui. So, treecleaners, please get rid of this package.
I've looked through this ebuild. It can be easily modified to be compatible with qt4-based licq plugin. Only dirs need changing. I will try to make ebuild tomorrow.
