I asked Robin about adding a 'testsuite' component and he told me to file a bug. But i noticed it really didn't fit in with our current components, so I'll just stick it here. How big of a pain in the ass is it to remove a component (ie. not allow new bugs to be created or existing bugs to be changed to that component, still allowing it to be searched), to rename a component, and to add a component? I'm guessing major, minor, and meh. Based on that it limits what we can do, but maybe we can come up with some improvements.
Removing works only if there are no bugs left in this component. Renaming is easy. Adding new components as well.
