Uses cstring functions, but doesn't include the header. log attached.

gcc4.3 patch for xalan-c 1.10.0

This patch should fix the issue.It works at least for me :>.

Thanks fixed in tree. Make sure the patch is sent upstream too! (I've queued it in my upstream-sending list but if you do yourself might help better).
