Hi,
the rsync server at 193.190.198.20 (rsync.belnet.be) lags at least 4 days behind the current portage tree. For example, it doesn't contain the pidgin 2.4.0 ebuild, which was added exactly four days ago.
Moreover some ebuilds are missing: for example check the qt-core, qt-dbus and similar directory, in http://193.190.198.20/mirror/rsync.gentoo.org/gentoo-portage/x11-libs/

It seems that the problem is now resolved and the server is back on track.
