ufconfig license states LGPL-2
However the only one real file installed by the package says:

 * Copyright (c) 2007, University of Florida.  No licensing restrictions
 * apply to this file or to the UFconfig directory.  Author: Timothy A. Davis.

Hi Daniel,

Yes this is a bit strange, the homepage states:

"Copyright (c) 2006-2007, Timothy A. Davis. Distributed under the GNU LGPL license."

which is probably LGPL-2.1 anyway.
