java-sdk-docs-1.4.0 requires the user to download 
j2sdk-1_4_0-doc.zip from java.sun.com, but that file
isn't available any more (it's been EOL'ed by Sun, 
and I couldn't find it archived anywhere).

This means this package isn't installable any more,
so should it be removed from portage?
