Currently the only version of dev-util/intltool in the Portage tree is 0.35.5. Version 0.37 is out there, and as a GNOME translator I miss it.

Are you fine with a p.masked one in portage tree (we have one in overlay already)?
I'm still working on cleaning up the tree from all possible breakages triggered from updating to this
