Got a problem similar to bug #120515 while emerging texlive (on app-text/jadetex-3.13-r2):

Is the full TeX-suite remerge the only way to fix the bug? There are 12 ebuilds that put configs in /etc/texmf/ ...

PS: I can't reopen that bug, so just creating a new one.
