Evolution couldn't open the address book when using db-4.5.20_p2 with an older 4.4.* or newer 4.6.* version it works just fine.
Just closed my bugreport for evolution-data-server http://bugs.gentoo.org/show_bug.cgi?id=204787

1. compile evolution-data-server with db-4.5.20_p2
