As I see
#emerge pdns
try to find PostgreSQL libs in default dirs from release:
checking for PgSQL library directory... configure: error: Didn't find the pgsql library dir in '/usr/lib64/lib/pgsql /usr/lib64/pgsql /usr/lib64'

But... postgresql ebuild dont create /usr/lib/pgsql nor as dir neither as softlink to /usr/lib/postgresql.

workaround is to create such links by self. But I think that shuld be fixed.

I will be probably enough to link pdns against libpq not whole postgresql as dependicy.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
try to install pdns.




$ equery list | grep postgresql
dev-db/postgresql-8.2.6
