Packages net-mail/courier-imap and mail-filter/maildrop are both part of the courier suite. They try to install some of the same files, f.i. the maildirmake execuable and its man page. I guess portage should consider them blockers

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. emerge courier-imap
2. emerge maildrop
Actual Results:  
 * package mail-filter/maildrop-2.0.4 NOT merged
 * 
 * Detected file collision(s):
 * 
 *      /usr/share/man/man8/deliverquota.8.bz2
 *      /usr/share/man/man1/maildirmake.1.bz2
 *      /usr/bin/maildirmake


Expected Results:  
A  nice portage error explaining that I can't install them both (and probably should emerge the complete courier suite instead).
