Lots of missing <cstdlib>, <cstring> includes, gcc-4.3.0 does not include those by default anymore. attached simple,stupid patch fixes the problem.

Upstream applied this patch already.  I put it in the 0.8.6 ebuild.  Thanks Devils-Hawk.
