Greetings, I have been in touch with our lawyers. For someone in their corporate department to help us with our current situation, they need to see copies of all of our NM filings. Before I file a request form (http://www.nmprc.state.nm.us/crs.htm), I'd like to make sure I will be reimbursed. The cost will be known once we know the number of pages, but shouldn't be more than $50.
Per conversation with Grant, he has a copy of the original certificate of incorporation. I will request a copy of the revocation notice (should cost us $5).
Faxed over a copy request. "The Public Regulation Commission production section requires four (4) to ten (10) working days to complete orders that are requested."
Got a call from the good people at the NM PRC. Will mail them a check for $5 tomorrow.
