Description Étienne Buira 2008-01-12 17:33:11 UTC
When trying to emerge net-p2p/gnunet, with USE="ncurses nls sqlite -gtk -ipv6 -mysql", the configure process dies because of missing libglade-2.0.

However, I don't know if libglade should be added as a dependancy, or the configure{,call} should be fixed.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.emerge gnunet
2.
3.

Actual Results:
checking for libglade-2.0... [...] to say not found.
died "econf failed"

Expected Results:
emerge libglade as a dep if needed, or just emerge out of the box.

Fixed, thanks
Comment 2 Étienne Buira 2009-10-31 23:59:36 UTC
Seems there is no need for this workaround dependancy anymore.

I successfully emerged 0.7.3-r1 with USE="mysql ncurses nls -gtk -ipv6 -sqlite", and the libglade dep line replaced by "gtk? ( gnome-base/libglade )".
Comment 3 Stanislav Ochotnicky (RETIRED) gentoo-dev 2011-01-14 00:55:00 UTC
Previously gtk use flag actually didn't do anything. Fixed this in 0.8.1-r1
