tcl/tk 8.5 is alpha and therefore unsupported..

I found the source of the problem being in tcllib-1.9's incompatible 'snit' module. upgrading tcllib to 1.10 solves the problem (also for amsn-0.96), so please bump tcllib-1.10 and add bug #195451 as a dependency of this. also, tcl-8.5.0 should block <=tcllib-1.9*
