As said on the webpage:
"Virtual CD is a kernel module for Linux. With it you can simulate a CD drive + CD
with simple cue/bin files, which are common in the windows world. It includes an
user space program, which controls the kernel module."
At the opposite of traditionals "loop devices", it's allow you to load incorrect
images, such as copy protected CD.
Be carefull, for the moment anyone can load/unload files.
