Done in CVS. However, new codeblocks builds require wxGTK-2.8, so I'll have to mask them for now.

I don't know if this is normal but tarball is still not present on mirrors.

Please feel free to unmask this, as Ryan has unmasked wxGTK-2.8. However some suggestions for the ebuild:

* You should loose the unicode USE flag, as 2.8 as we provide it is only unicode and there is no non-unicode version
* If you move the WX_GTK_VER defining above the inherit line, you can get rid of the pkg_setup() altogether for wxGTK-2.8 using versions
