rxvt-unicode-8.7 (new afterimage and minimal use flags)

This is a modified rxvt-unicode-8.4.ebuild.
I have added 'minimal' and afterimage useflags
and removed xpm dep (xpm support is provided by libafterimage, solves #143331). 
Also, there's an old bug #104043 regarding a minimal use flag..so this could be bumped and that could be closed.. ;/

a patch of the changes between my ebuild and 8.4

Here is a patch, if someone prefers it.

Btw., with the minimal use flag urxvt binary is 336K and without it it becomes around ~3M.
