Bug 197375 – need ebuild for new x11-drivers/ati-drivers-8.42.3

I took the "monkey see monkey do" approach and got it to compile and install.  However there are a couple warnings which I didn't take the time to rectify:

/var/tmp/portage/x11-drivers/ati-drivers-8.42.3/work/common/lib/modules/fglrx/build_mod/2.6.x/firegl_public.c:527: warning: 'firegl_smp_func_parameter_wrap' defined but not used

install: cannot stat `/var/tmp/portage/x11-drivers/ati-drivers-8.42.3/work/arch/x86_64/usr/X11R6/lib/libGL.so.1.2': No such file or directory

I'll see if I can submit my ebuild... it's my first time.

untar under /usr/portage/x11-drivers/ati-drivers/files

I didn't test with kernel 2.6.23 so that patch is the same as for ati-drivers 8.40.4.  The warnings patch is also unmodified.
