rarian 0.6.0 compiles on ppc; the ppc keyword should be added to the ebuild.

Lets consider scrollkeeper-9999, rarian and yelp-2.20 in the same bug, as if one gets keyworded, the rest must be too as they all need to be at the same package visibility level
