I believe used to be an official portage mirror. We used to be 
able to mirror from, at least.

We now receive a "connection refused" message: I'm unsure if this is a general 
problem, or if it means the mirror status has been revoked. I'm presuming the

At the moment can't provide an rsync server to the general
world, and are thus not eligible for access to the official rsync server
itself. All is thus fine, and I'm going to close this ticket;
