Trying to install app-office/openoffice-2.3 with FEATURES="collision-protect" will fail as openoffice tries to overwrite some dictionary files installed with eselect oodict.

Perhaps, but if so it's a regression. OpenOffice 2.2.1 didn't feature this bug.

Yes, it is a duplicate and no, this is in no way a new thing with 2.3.0
