The ebuild file for =x11-plugins/wmclockmon-0.8.0-r1 contains the line

WANT_AUTOCONF="1.4"

. “1.4” is an illegal value for WANT_AUTOCONF. Please fix.

The current setting prevents the package from being emerged. This is why I have
set the severity of this bug to “blocker”, according to the Gentoo bug
reporting guide at <URL:http://www.gentoo.org/doc/en/bugzilla-howto.xml>.
