GTKO is a nice GTK+ 2 Oracle development tool (a GUI to manage an oracle server from your linux box)

Put this in a gtko2 folder inside /usr/portage/dev-db

- the license is invalid (theres' GPL-1 GPL-2 GPL-3, but no GPL)
- keywords are wrong, never should be stable for a new ebuild plus plain impossible due to oracle-instantclient-basic dependency
- why does this inherit base?
