Hi! I'm really interested in conversion f.g.o to UTF-8 (or other multi byte charset) I really don't know where is the difficulty. Every time anyone asks he hears - "We've started conversion" (as i remember 2 years ago) - "Oh we must have certainty that everything will work perfectly" (why not with baselayout) - "It's difficult to make tool that find source encoding correctly and converts (Chinese)" (i thing people are better than machines ... bleh bleh, but most of sub forums has their own charset, so it's rather simple) - "forum must work during this process" (no one is able to make it ) - "New search engine is not working yet" (what? search engine? it does not work correctly now) - ... and other strange statements. I'm not first (i know that big brains SHEDED their TEETH) but maybe it requires someone fresh and his crazy concepts.
