I've update GNOME at the 2.18 version. Now, when i try to set the keyboard, the /usr/bin/gnome-keyboard-properties crashes with this Bug:

Nearly useless :) you must have missed one part of the guide. The "backtrace" command in gdb should return function names.

Is this reproducible with GNOME 2.20?  If so, please rebuild libxklavier with -O0 -g -ggdb and get a backtrace.
