sci-libs/acml-3.6.0-r1 and sci-libs/acml-3.6.1-r1 doesn't provide virtual/blas and virtual/lapack, so when acml is the only blas-lapack library instaled, emerge -uDNav world tries to pull blas-atlas and lapack-atlas as a dependency. Patches for the ebuilds are coming.
