They re-released the tarball, from the changelog: ------------------- teTeX-3.0 po ---------------------------------------- Do Mai 25 18:28:58 CEST 2006 * fixed a copyright violation, caused by distributing modified files of cstex / cslatex under theri original name. I have updated the Manifest to reflect the (minorly) changed distfiles and added RESTRICT=mirror to the stable ebuild until our mirrors have wiped out the old file.

Sorry, but not to butt in on a resolved bug, but why do the ctan mirrors still have the old file? Is this really just a temporary issue, because this bug was files a few weeks ago now and cam.ctan.org at least still has the old file.
