As recently kde-3.5.7 has been stabilized, this update pulls in 3.5.7 version of kdelibs. However, new kcachegrind (3.6.7) is still ~amd64, and the old one requires old kdelibs. This leads to a conflict, because one can't have two versions of kdelibs simultanously. It would be easily solved by stabilizing kcachegrind on amd64 (and probably other arches). I've chosen minor severity and not enhancement, as it's not usual stabilization, but a kind of issue on a stable system having kcachegrind installed.
Marked stable on amd64 along with kdesdk and all the rest of kdesdk-meta.
