"/usr/share/build-1/mkdir.sh" is really "/mnt/storage/share/build-1/mkdir.sh". "/dev/sda1" is mounted on "/mnt/storage" with "noexec", so scripts and executables can't be executed. My suggestion is to delete this "noexec" in "/etc/fstab" and remount this filesystem.

Thanks a lot for help -- it works. Interested is for me just one thing why any other ebuild do not use this script? Theoretically this (noexec) have to tend to situation that none of update can be done. Regards. I am marking this bug as "closed".
(In reply to comment #21) > why any other ebuild do not use this script? This script is installed by APR and is probably used only by APR-related packages. > Theoretically this (noexec) have to tend to situation that none of > update can be done. "noexec" was only set on filesystems which have very small number of scripts or executables. > I am marking this bug as "closed". Actually it's a duplicate of a bug whose number I don't remember. But you can e. g. reopen this bug, change its Summary to "dev-libs/apr-util-1.2.8 - Wrong filesystem mount options" and next mark it as FIXED. (Only reopening of a bug requires a comment.)
The script /usr/share/build-1/mkdir.sh must be executable and must be mounted on "exec" filesystem.
