can't emerge baselayout when /mnt/cdrom is mounted

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. mount /mnt/cdrom
2. emerge baselayout


Actual Results:  
aborts

Expected Results:  
skip /mnt/cdrom if it's mounted and continue merging ..
