Description S.Fourmanoit 2007-07-11 06:47:41 UTC
Find enclosed ebuilds for the latest pre-compiled betas of TeamSpeak2 server.

Basically, this just abuses SLOTs to download, then superseed the main executable from teamspeak2-server-bin-2.0.20.1-r1 (in portage). If you know of any better way to do this without major drawbacks, just let me know.

Reproducible: Always

I am not sure what your management policy is, but this bug is _not_, strictly speaking, a duplicate of bug 178517. For the record, it has nothing to do with it: it's a new ebuild for the latest beta of this closed-source package -- I have no mean to know if it solves anything related to bug 178517.

Don't waste your time explaining this if closing the bug this way makes sense. It is not worth reopening if TeamSpeak 2 Server is going to be masked anyway.

See Bug 178517 Comment #0:

<snip>
Solution:
The vulnerabilities have reportedly been fixed in version 2.0.23.15 BETA.
</snip>

Unfortunately, noone wants to maintain this apparently, so... bad luck.
