Comment 2 Martin Holzer (RETIRED) gentoo-dev 2003-03-30 14:43:15 UTC
maybe a portage error ?
Comment 3 Aaron 2003-04-03 02:53:32 UTC
Okay, I updated to the newest gentoo-sources after doing some googling. Found that there exists an ext3 bug. After booting the new kernel and emerging again, it worked.
Comment 4 Martin Holzer (RETIRED) gentoo-dev 2003-05-09 15:40:11 UTC
still an issue ?
Comment 5 kde123 2003-05-11 08:06:41 UTC
Apparently you fixed something. When I did emerge -u world a few weeks ago, perl emerged without a problem. Close the bug.
Comment 6 Robert Coie (RETIRED) gentoo-dev 2003-05-13 12:38:25 UTC
Reported fixed.
