Ebuild for larceny-0.961

This is the ebuild for the new larceny 0.961 interpreter.  It also provides petit larceny.  I have tested it using all USE configurations on the x86 architecture without any build problems.  Any feedback is appreciated ^.^

Stack executable fix for larceny

This is a patch to the larceny-0.961 package that prevents problems with the stack space being built in a manner that would be "non-cross-platform".

TEXTREL PIC fix for petit larceny

This patch fixes problems with certain objects being built without the -fPIC option, causing TEXTREL relocation errors.

There are some 0.961 ebuilds in the overlay, but I'm not sure how good they are and they need a bump. I'll probably look into it soon as I have some stuff that I want to try on Larceny.
