Also tried to compile with minus aggressive cflags but as in log seems not find some library files (verified present in the path /var/tmp...mythtv...work...).

you didn't provide your emerge --info...

But either way, MythTV is known not to compile with aggressive linker flags like you have specified. These linker flags are not supported by Gentoo.
