But it has a desktop link to it, so I assume this wasn't intentional. (Using the online one might be a problem since the best instructions to get online are in the non present handbook)

BTW, you probably didn't read the reply on 178342 since it's closed. Just wanted to say the /docs/README should go unnoticed since you have a link to the handbook on the desktop, so better place a warning there too right?

I know these aren't *exactly* the same, but since I make both of them and messed both of them up, there's no need for more than one bug on it.  Marking as a DUPE just so I don't have to track two bugs.
