For those of us who maintain a suite of computers, it would be nice to have the ability 
to install things like mysqlcc and Qt with mysql support, without having to actually 
install mysql. 
 
All that is needed is the libmysqlclient.so libraries, and the mysql header files, in order 
to be able to compile in mysql support for these products.  Would something like this 
be possible?
