Actually we do not have GPL license. AFAIU we have either GPL-1 or GPL-2 or GPL-3. But sources itself contain freedist header and no sign of what license actually is there.

We install the copyright file mentioned in your link but I do not want/do not know how to change license unless we'll have clarification inside package from upstream...

As long the Copyrights notes do not change clearly, we will stick to this license.
