Thanks Jakub, java-check-environment said "Your /usr/bin/fastjar was not able to create a jar file.....If you have had eselect-compiler installed just delete /usr/bin/fastjar." So I deleted /usr/bin/fastjar and I could emerge gjdoc. Juergen
