The package is being rebuilt with no actual changes in configuration. May be portage shouldn't force it to rebuild?

Reproducible: Always

Yes; it does, and will continue to do so.

Comment 2 Dmitrij D. Czarkoff 2007-05-04 19:39:33 UTC
But why do I need to rebuild the package to get exectly the same package?
Comment 3 Jakub Moc (RETIRED) gentoo-dev 2007-05-04 19:48:12 UTC
Why not just read the original bug?
