added  to the java-experimental overlay as a maven dependency

not used by maven but can be merged as well

http://attic.apache.org/projects/excalibur.html - Apache Excalibur moved into the Attic in December 2010. Apache Excalibur was a Java Inversion of Control container. 

Ebuilds related to Apache Excalibur can all be closed and marked OBSOLETE: this project is dead.
