Hello!

sys-apps/shadow (all current version in Portage tree, 4.0.15 - 4.0.18.1) depends on sys-apps/portage. Is this needed? Maybe virtual/portage would suffice and it would help in adoption of other package managers. It may be also possible to remove this dependency at all as all present sys-apps/portage versions are higher  than required if this dependency is result of some needed portage features.

the versions shadow need are all now stable so ive dropped the depend
